The terms for using Plaid Pizazz sites and services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, products, and services operated by Plaid Pizazz LLC (“Plaid Pizazz,” “we,” “us”), 606 Liberty Avenue, Suite 405, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. That includes plaidpizazz.com and other websites we operate that link to these Terms. By using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms.

If you sign a separate engagement agreement, statement of work, or proposal with us, that document governs the engagement. Where it conflicts with these Terms, the signed document controls.

You agree to use our websites and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with their operation or security, submit false or automated sign-ups or inquiries, or try to access systems or data you aren’t authorized to access.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any website or service at any time.

Prices and what’s included are shown on the product page and at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Refund terms, including any guarantee, are stated on the product page or in your engagement agreement. For example, the AI Readiness Assessment’s refund guarantee is described on the Assessment page.

Assessments, recommendations, estimates, and implementation work reflect our professional judgment based on the information you provide. Estimated savings or opportunities are not guarantees; actual results depend on implementation, adoption, and your operating conditions.

The AI systems we design are built to be reviewed by people. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for decisions you make based on our work. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice.

• Program: Plaid Pizazz Internal Alerts sends operational text messages, such as notices of new website inquiries and paid bookings, only to Plaid Pizazz owners, employees, and contractors who have agreed to receive them. We don’t send marketing messages, and we don’t text customers through this program.
• Consent: Recipients agree in writing when they join the program. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment or engagement with Plaid Pizazz.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies with business activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You’ll get one confirmation text, and then no more messages.
• Help: Reply HELP, or email marcellus.spears@plaidpizazz.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, and downloadable resources, belongs to Plaid Pizazz or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it without our permission, except to share a link or quote a short excerpt with attribution.

Ownership of deliverables created for a client engagement is set out in that engagement’s agreement.

Our websites and services rely on third parties such as Stripe, Calendly, Beehiiv, and Twilio. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We aren’t responsible for third-party websites or services we link to.

Our websites and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plaid Pizazz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they’re posted on this page, and we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
